AMS Engineer

We are looking for a talented AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) Engineer to design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced semiconductor products. Location: Bengaluru / Noida

Experience: 2-6 Years

Independently design and develop Analog and Mixed Signal blocks including PLLs, CDRs, SerDes, LVDS, HDMI, Serial I/Os, switched capacitor circuits, operational amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, voltage references, and current reference circuits.

Design high-performance CMOS Analog and Mixed Signal circuits from block level to full-chip integration.

Perform circuit design, simulation, layout support, verification, and silicon validation activities.

Execute project plans, schedules, work assignments, and EDA tool utilization strategies.

Actively participate in customer project reviews and technical discussions.

Develop analog and mixed-signal circuits across multiple CMOS and BiCMOS technology nodes.

Collaborate with layout, verification, and digital teams for successful project execution.

Contribute to successful tape-outs and post-silicon bring-up activities.

Develop behavioral models and support mixed-signal simulations.

Ensure design quality, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements are met.

2-6 years of experience in Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design.

Strong experience designing PLLs, CDRs, SerDes, LVDS, HDMI, and Serial I/O interfaces.

Hands-on experience with switched capacitor circuits, operational amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, and reference circuits.

Strong understanding of high-performance CMOS Analog and Mixed Signal circuit design.

Experience in circuit design, simulation, layout verification, and silicon validation.

Knowledge of high-speed and low-power CMOS design techniques.

Experience working with technology nodes including 0.18um, 150nm, 90nm, 65nm CMOS and BiCMOS processes.

Participation in successful ASIC/SoC tape-outs.

Strong hands-on experience with Cadence DFII, Analog Artist, Spectre, Spectre RF, HSPICE, Ultrasim, Nanosim, HSIM, Virtuoso-LE, Virtuoso-XL, Assura, and Calibre.

Knowledge of scripting and modeling languages such as Ocean and Verilog-A.

Experience in analog and digital behavioral modeling.

Understanding of digital control block synthesis and mixed-signal integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
