The candidate will be responsible for test program development, hardware design, debugging, reliability validation, and supporting production test activities while working closely with design and development teams.

Experience: 3-8 Years
Develop and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs for semiconductor devices.
Design hardware solutions for production testing and reliability stress testing.
Manage testing projects and coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Provide customer support and technical assistance related to testing activities.
Collaborate closely with design and development engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
Design and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Develop and maintain board design environments using ORCAD.
Create and optimize test software using C and C++ programming languages.
Perform RF and high-speed communication testing and validation.
Develop and execute reliability stress testing methodologies.
Design and validate load boards for production test environments.
Perform TP debugging and troubleshooting activities.
Utilize oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and RF measurement equipment for failure analysis.
Support manufacturing teams during product qualification and ramp-up phases.
3-8 years of experience in ATE or semiconductor test engineering.
Hands-on experience with Test Program Development (TPD).
Strong understanding of digital and mixed-signal test methodologies.
Experience with circuit design and hardware validation.
Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
Experience using ORCAD or similar board design tools.
Knowledge of RF and high-speed communication testing is an advantage.
Strong understanding of reliability stress testing principles.
Experience with ATE platforms such as ADVT (93K), Teradyne iFlex, Ultra-Flex, J750, or LTXC D10.
Experience designing load boards and production test hardware.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and RF test equipment.
