Experience: 2-5 Years

Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and business insights.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.

Build and optimize NLP solutions for real-world applications.

Develop scalable data processing and analytics pipelines.

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Train, evaluate, and fine-tune transformer-based language models.

Implement and optimize data preprocessing and feature engineering workflows.

Research and apply the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Deep Learning.

Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of innovative AI-driven products and solutions.

2-5 years of relevant industry experience in NLP and Deep Learning.

Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.

Excellent hands-on programming experience with Python.

Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Gensim.

Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.

Experience building high-performance data processing and analytics pipelines.

Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.

Advanced knowledge of Hugging Face libraries, transformers, and tokenizers.

Experience working in fast-paced startup or product development environments.

Familiarity with tools such as Matlab and other analytical platforms.

Strong aptitude for large-scale data analysis and data-driven decision making.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
